Stayed for 4 nights, the staff was very very nice during all this time. The beds were comfy, the room was immaculately clean.

Everything was brand-new during 1 day, enjoyed its perfect and marvellous location next to about 20min by foot from the metro station and bus terminal and a residential area. The hotel employees were welcoming. Perfectly clean room, the bed was comfy;))

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was close to the bus terminal. We were able to check in quickly and easily near the check-in area. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were impressive, especially the super clean bathrooms. The staff was very kind and accommodating, providing us with shampoo and making us feel welcomed. Moreover, the breakfast was yummy, filling, and included some fresh juice, which was a nice touch.

The staff is outstanding! They were always helpful and friendly. the breakfast was tasty and the rooms were kept clean. We loved the convenient location and the fact that we could easily walk to important transport hubs and the city center. the bed was wonderfully comfortable, too. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected.

The rooms are not very soundproof, so it was a bit noisy. the blinds didn't block out enough light for sleeping.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to bus terminal and other attractions. Staff members are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean with comfortable beds. the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. Some rooms have great views of the surroundings, and the hot water is available at all times.

The walls are not soundproof, and noise from other guests checking in or neighbors playing loud music can be disturbing.

The staff was helpful in arranging transportation and printed my boarding pass for me. The room was clean and tidy, with some toiletries provided. The location was easily accessible by public transportation.
